What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM (15:00), and check-out is by 11:00 AM (11:00).
Can I leave my luggage if I arrive before check-in time?
Yes, you can store your luggage in the 1st-floor lobby free of charge even before check-in. However, early check-in is not possible because rooms are still being prepared. The lobby is open 24 hours, and the front desk is staffed during the following hours.
Euljiro: 08:00–22:00
Gwangalli: 10:00–21:00
Can I check in if I arrive late at night or in the early morning?
Yes. Even if you arrive after front desk hours or after midnight, you can do a 24-hour contactless self check-in at the 1st-floor kiosk by searching your name and the last 4 digits of your booking number. Your booking will not be cancelled because of a late arrival, so please come with peace of mind.
Can I leave my luggage after check-out?
Yes, you can store your luggage in the 1st-floor lobby free of charge after check-out as well. You can pick it up until the front desk closes; after that, you can collect it yourself from the lobby.
Euljiro: front desk closes at 22:00
Gwangalli: front desk closes at 21:00
Can minors stay?
Guests aged 19 or older can book and stay. Minors under 19 can stay if they submit a consent form from a guardian (parent) and a copy of the guardian's ID, so please contact the branch by email first before booking (Euljiro [email protected] · Gwangalli [email protected]).
Can men stay?
Euljiro has both men-only cabins and women-only cabins. The Gwangalli dormitory (cabins) is women-only; male guests and mixed-gender groups can stay in the private rooms on a separate floor (Ocean View Suite · Studio Ocean View King).
Is there a washing machine, refrigerator or breakfast?
There are no refrigerators, washing machines or cooking facilities in the rooms or the building. For laundry, please use a nearby coin laundry. The building has an elevator, and breakfast is not provided.
Euljiro: coin laundry The Laundry Euljiro 5-ga (더런드리 을지로5가점), 1F, 343 Dongho-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul. There is a drinking water dispenser next to the café desk on the 1st floor, and the rooftop is open 11:00–15:00.
Gwangalli: coin laundry Super Laundry Gwangalli (슈퍼런드리 광안리), 165 Gwanganhaebyeon-ro, Suyeong-gu, Busan.
Is there a bathtub or public bath?
Gwangalli: Bathtubs are only in the private bathrooms of the separate private rooms (Ocean View Suite · Studio). The women-only cabin dormitory has no bathtub or large public bath; guests use the shared shower rooms.
What amenities are provided?
Towels, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes and hair dryers are provided, and extra towels are available at the 1st-floor desk (in Gwangalli, a hair styling iron is provided in the shared shower rooms). Due to eco-friendly regulations on single-use items, slippers are not provided, and irons, garment steamers, pajamas (robes) and hair treatment are not available.
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
Euljiro: 190 Cheonggyecheon-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul (2 minutes on foot from Exit 4 of Euljiro 4-ga Station). From Incheon Airport, take the Airport Railroad (AREX), transfer to Line 5 at Gongdeok Station and go to Euljiro 4-ga Station; from Gimpo Airport, take Line 5 directly; airport buses 6001·6002·6015 are also available.
Gwangalli: 34-9 Namcheonbada-ro, Suyeong-gu, Busan (5 minutes on foot from Exit 3 of Geumnyeonsan Station). From Gimhae Airport, take the light rail, transfer to Line 2 at Sasang Station and get off at Geumnyeonsan Station.
Airport pick-up is not provided.
Is there parking?
There is no dedicated parking in the building, so we recommend using public transport. If you come by car, please use a nearby parking lot (parking fees are paid by the guest).
Euljiro: Cheonggyecheon street parking (청계천 노상 주차장) (about KRW 50,000/day) or the Euljiro Twin Tower (을지트윈타워) parking lot (about KRW 16,000/day if purchased in advance via a parking app, 10 minutes on foot).
Gwangalli: Gwangalli Beach public parking lot (광안리해수욕장 공영주차장) (about KRW 15,000/day).
Do I need a plug adapter for foreign plugs?
The rooms have universal outlets for both 110V and 220V, so you can use foreign plugs right away without an adapter.
Can you receive parcels or mail for me?
Parcels can be received during your stay. When ordering, be sure to write both the ‘guest name’ and the ‘check-in date’ in the recipient field (e.g. Gildong Hong (Check-in 10/15)). Please arrange the delivery date so that it arrives within your stay. Luggage delivery sent from the airport can also be received if it arrives during front desk hours.
Can I get a VAT refund (Tax Refund) on the room charge?
By law, tax exemption on accommodation charges (Tax Refund) applies only to designated tourist hotels above a certain size. MOOGM is a small hostel and is not eligible for the exemption, so we do not offer Tax Refund.
